Welcome back! Today is December 5th on the DAVIDsTEA advent calendar. In today’s episode we explore December 5th’s selection “Countess of Seville”, the tea that tastes not at all how it smells, has more of an orange flavour to it, slightly bitter. I’m glad you have tuned into episode 9 of Erin’s tea, please tell your friends about Erin’s Tea so I can work hard to bring you many more episodes! ERIN’S TEA SHOW NOTES December 5th is Countess of Seville. It is a green tea, temperature 82 degrees, steep for 3-4 minutes. Smells like Earl Grey Tea, but doesn’t taste that way, tastes Orange like. It is mildly stimulant. Be sure you are using correct steeping time and temperature. Should be drank without milk/sugar. Has the Antixoident EGCG—the “fat buster” . Ruling: Much better when you try it and brew it like you are supposed to! Light and Orange like.
