Courtney is a licensed dietitian, part-time Nutritional Science instructor at The University of Georgia, and a certified intuitive eating counselor. She is also the founder and owner of Vickery Wellness, where its primary goal is to help clients break free from the bondage of fad diets and eating disorders.
