In Exodus 7-9, we see a curious tension as we're told that God will harden Pharaoh's heart, but we're also told that Pharaoh hardens his own heart. Which is it? As usual, we'll look to the rest of God's Word to give us clarity... and even when it is hard to understand, we will trust that His ways are higher than ours.
