Visualizations are a powerful way to actualize your goals. When you can see yourself doing something then you're much more likely to be able to make it happen.  On the other hand, if you cannot even create a vision of yourself achieving the goal, the likelihood of you accomplishing it is very slim.  As an athlete, I used this process ALL THE TIME, and you can apply it to your business and any goal just as easily.  I walk you through my two part visualization process in this episode.
