Jacob Hawley is a stand up comedian and podcast host on BBC Sounds. When Jacob isn’t performing his live sets, he is the host of the Jacob Hawley On Drugs, Jacob Hawley on Love, Jacob Hawley Job Centre Podcasts on BBC Sounds and is know for the BBC Radio 4 show ‘Class Act’ on iPlayer.  Today, Jacob shares his story from Stevenage to Stand up, how to start in comedy, how comedians measure success, how working class is represented in comedy and how content creators are shifting the dial of the archetype of white working class men.
