24 - showing up differently

from Thought by Thought Healing · host Jennifer Johnson

Today I answer the commonly asked question, "Do I have to change my life, reduce my stress or make big changes in order to heal"? No. You don't have to get rid of stress in order to heal from chronic pain, you just get to learn how to show up differently. When we show up with confidence, and grounded in who we are deep down inside, then we can rise to the challenge of our lives without all the distress and therefore our bodies and brains have no need to warn us of danger. Instead, our brains can activate the rest and digest part of our nervous system and we can live in the Power, love and sound mind that God has promised us. #tms #sarno #schubiner #unlearnyourpain #mindbodyconnection #mindbodysyndrome #mbs #christian #jesus #powerlovesoundmind #reversingpain #brainpain #painfreeyou #danbuglio #thewayout #curable #chronicpain #fibromyalgia #footpain #ibs #stomachpain #stressdisease
