Constant self-judging, criticizing and not feeling good about yourself can all be signs of low self-compassion. Self-compassion is about being kind and understanding of yourself, loving who you are -- as you are-- and knowing we're all human. Nobody is perfect (as much as they would like us to believe they are!). Listen in as Leslie talks about the Yin and Yang of self-compassion.
