We will work with the area around our hips and stretch the front, back and sides of the hips and thighs. The class includes breathwork (pranayama) and ends with a guided relaxation (shavasana).Level: BeginnerRecommended Props: 2 blocks and a yoga belt. Useful, but not necessary.
