#240 - Spiritual Growing Pains? Let the Light In

My back, neck & shoulers have been screaming at me recently. I know it's not 'physical' per say. Yes my posture is bad at times, and I often don't work in the most ergonomical manner, but I knew this was deeper also. As everything is, it was more emotional & spiritual. It's never my body 'giving up or breaking down', it's going through a massive upgrade. The insight that landed was profound.
