241 - Bart Stenhouse Strumming his Way Through Podiatry

from Podiatry Legends Podcast · host Tyson E Franklin

Bart Stenhouse is a 2022 Southern Cross University graduate, and he is living the dream. At age 35, he decided to go to university and study podiatry when he realised his love for music and that a 20-year career as a professional musician would not buy him a house. Bart has been able to mould his old and new careers together by working as a podiatrist part-time in two capital cities in Australia. He currently works in Brisbane and Adelaide, allowing him time to perform in various parts of the country on weekends. Bart sent me an email after listening to Episode 109: Understanding Biomechanics Using Guitar Chords and told me that this particular episode gave him a little more clarity and understanding of where his knowledge was at with biomechanics as a new graduate. "Like playing the guitar, I was an amateur for a long time before I became a professional. Learning Biomechanics is no different."
