241 Collective Redundancy Consultation

The government published two new ERA 2025 consultations this week. The first - and most significant - seeks views on a new organisation-wide threshold for collective redundancy consultation, with proposed trigger points ranging from 250 to 1,000 redundancies depending on the method chosen.
