He was planning on moving to Chicago but then the pandemic had other plans, he stayed in Canada and now on his own with Regalia Law. We discuss small claims, the legal procedures, contracts, people being spiteful and so many more reasons why the courts are so back logged and why people go the litigation route. Essa sheds some light on Piercing the Corporate Veil, basically there is a way that a lawyer can go after you personally regardless if your business is incorporated.
