241: Meet Bobby Kerns and learn how he transformed the culture within his division.

In this episode, Bobby Kerns shares his team's 4 year journey of cultural transformation. Their successes and their struggles. But, the most important thing he shares is this: They made it happen! I met Bobby 3-4 years ago when I first spoke multiple times to various divisions within the Fairfax County, VA Public Works Department. Bobby is the Chief of Operations of the Maintenance and Stormwater Division. He had already read a few of my books and was beginning to lead his leadership team through book studies before I ever met him in person.
