75% of Canadians and even almost 50% of Albertans believe an energy transition is happening and that it will benefit us in the long run. But where are those jobs? Merran Smith and Clean Energy Canada have done work to define and track the sector and she says the sector already exists and grew 70% between 2010 and 2017.
