245 Our Daily Bread
from The Cottage Hosted by The Cottage
We @TheCottage explore how the ancient people of the Bible to whom God was speaking understood the Scriptures to show us how God was speaking to them yet communicating to them revelation for all of us even today even if in their context. In this session, we continue our series on the Lord's Prayer. Here, we focus on Matt 6:11 and why Jesus asks us to pray for the our daily bread. It is about seeking the Lord for our every provision moment by moment. We are laying the foundation to discovering the riches hidden in the ancient Scriptures of God's people to learn God's way of doing and being in our daily lives. Stay tuned for our future episodes as we continue to discover more mysteries of the Bible in the sessions that follow.
