#245 - Puma Fast R3 > Nike AlphaFly, World Half Record Denied, Is Winter Over Yet?

Need a marathon coach? Visit lisrunning.com to be coached by us! Welcome back to another banter episode with the boys! The intro on this episode was.... wow. The boys definitely need to try out at American idol. Danny got a pair of the Puma supershoes and he is convinced they are better than the Alphafly's - what do you think? They are going to be his race shoe at Mesa next weekend! We also talked about some recent running news, including Jacob Kiplimo's world half-marathon record NOT being ratified + a 16 year-old running 3:48 in the mile? We finished off talking winter running (a common theme lately, it's been brutal out there for many of us) + we each listed some underrated things. Enjoy!
