This was our second watch and it was as bad as remembered. It's so bad, that discussing it was such a challenge. Ed Wood Jr. is widely known as one of the worst directors and after watching this film, the criticism is understood. While Plan 9 is the plan for the aliens to bring the dead back to life, it's never discussed what happened with plans 1-8, but even if they did mention it, we're positive it would make this movie even more nonsensical.
