Today's podcast is all about CREDIBILITY… it's a TBT, so I've dipped into the extensive archives and found a webinar on this topic that Rich did in 2015… and it's extremely good. Topics covered include "the ignition code," drawing a line in the sand, using powerful language, social proof, and evidence. I mean it all comes down to being the best… believing you're the best… and communicating that you're the best in a powerful, believable way.  As for killing credibility… it has to do with the way you treat people.
