#249 Chloe Lake: Miss Universe GB Finalist

With a first-class honours degree in Law, a master’s in Legal Practice pending, and a training contract with one of the most reputable law firms in the East Midlands, I will soon achieve my goal of becoming a qualified solicitor.I believe in making an impact: using my gifts to help others.I dedicate much of my spare time to helping young people take the first steps in their careers through mentorship and creating media content. I am also an ambassador for Ladies of Law, a voluntary organisation championing women in law.In 2021, I published my own book, “Not Just a Pretty Face,” aimed at improving the interview skills of women and girls of all demographics.I have committed myself to changing the conversation around mental health. I encourage discourse, raise funds, and share my lived experiences, aiming to effect change and destigmatise the subject. By pushing my own limits having completed the London Marathon, I hope to lead by example and inspire others on the road to recovery.
