249 - Our $300K BRRRR Project, Long Term Airbnbs, and Moving to Texas! With Sharon Tseung

In this episode, I have my fiancee Sharon Tseung with me to talk about our recent projects. The first is a $300,000 moldy home BRRRR project in Texas that we're in the middle of renovating. By the time it's done, we'll have a cash flowing rental property with none of our own money left in the deal and $100,000 equity leftover!
