My suggestion is to choose the product or the service or the THING you want to launch, but be open to that changing throughout the challenge. Tomorrow you’ll discover new things about what your audience is actually struggling with (as opposed to what you think they are struggling with). This might be your toughest prompt of the challenge if you think you can multitask or have trouble sticking to one project at a time. Do it. Please. Resist the urge to take on multiple projects this month.
