畫說漢字/圖解《說文解字》/1000個漢字的故事/東漢許慎豹（bào）“豹”是个象形兼形声字，本义就是豹子。甲骨文的“豹”，字形就像是一只侧向站着的豹子形象，中间的三个圆圈，代表豹子身上的纹路。小篆的“豹”，左半部是“豸”（zhì），作为形旁，“豸”是个象形字，本义是一种长脊的野兽，右半部的“勺”，代表声旁。现在，豹子已经成为珍稀动物，被我国列为一级保护动物，严禁捕杀。（凶猛的豹子因美丽的皮毛而被捕杀殆尽，暴利猛于豹。）
