25.43 The King is Coming - Getting the Context Right - The Millennials (Part 1)

In today's episode of Indigenous Faith, Craig and LaDonna Smith begin the second part of their preliminary teaching on getting the context right in understanding biblical prophecy.  In the first part, they provided the context for understanding the role Israel plays in end time teaching.  In this new part, they present contextual teaching on what is often referred to as the Millennium, or, 1,000 year time period in biblical prophecy.  In this series the Smiths underscore the importance of biblical prophecy in light of all other prophetic teaching found in the Bible.  The reason being is, since all the prophecies laid out in the Old Testament have been proven to be factual and true by historians about Christ's first coming, then it should go without saying that all the prophecies pertaining to Christ's second coming will be factual and true as well!  In this series, the Smiths present the differing ways the Millennium is interpreted by theologians and scholars.  It's important to understand that there are differences because if you are exposed to what your church believes, then find out other churches believe differently, it could be confusing and discouraging.  But make no mistake, there is one true way of understanding biblical prophecy, and by the end of this series, you will know where Craig and LaDonna Smith stand, which will constitute the teaching they will be presenting in this extended series they've titled, The King is Coming!  So please hear the Smith's heart on the all-important issue of biblical prophecy, especially in these introductory episodes that help provide the context for understanding what God's Word has to say about the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.  After all, it is the most exciting teaching the Word of God provides to mankind.  Do all you can to listen to each and every episode, which will help you learn and understand about these eternity altering truths right from the pages of God's Holy Word!  It's all right here on upcoming episodes of Indigenous Faith1
