But we are going to adapt. Seán talks about the initial plans and the long term future for the Any Given Runday Podcast as well as plans that the group have. Then he talks about adding direction to the Any Given Runday Run Club and how it was initially only a short term project.So, with the lack of races in 2020, we're going to set our own goals for the year. Starting with a 5K Challenge to get a PB.
