#25 - Adam Snook

from The Rising Son Podcast Hosted by Dean Howell

Adam Snook is a husband, father, and High School Administrator from Ohio. His story is one of a successful high school and college athlete that went from fit to fat...and back to fit. Adam believes that processes, structures, and habits are the key to achieving desired outcomes. Adam has developed a calendar system that he started using 10 years ago to track his rides and runs, as well as other physical outputs. He also uses this system to track both short and long-term goals. He has also created a non-negotiable note-card system that he uses mostly at work, but that he's found to be effective at home as well. The note-card system not only lists his absolute MUST DO items for the day, but also ensures that he practices gratitude daily. Adam is a strong believer in positive self-talk as he's discovered that every single input we receive, from what we allow into our ears, to what we put into our bodies affects our output, both physically and mentally.
