25. Are We Speaking Your LOVE LANGUAGE?

from Mostly Dating · host Carleigh

This week we’re talking all about love languages. We give some background on Gary Chapman’s book, The 5 Love Languages: The Secret to Love that Lasts, and break each of them down for you. We share what our own love languages are and how our relationships have changed since we started to understand the five different types. We give real life examples and advice on how to pick up on your significant other's love language, and things you can do from there to make your relationship better.  And you know we love SELF CARE, so later in the episode we talk about how to use your own love language to practice self care and show yourself some love. Head here to take the quiz (or to make your SO take it). What we tried this week: Carleigh's Pick: Ildi Pekar CBD Sleeping Mask - highly recommend for sensitive, dry, acne prone or irritated skin Mia's Pick: Humidifier + East 29th Serum to combat dry skin As always, find us on Instagram @mostly_balanced and on our blog.  Thanks for joining us and please leave a rating or review if you enjoyed the episode!
