25. Big Fat Lie

If you think this thought sometimes, or indeed often, you're invited to listen in to this episode and apply some alternative thinking to it. The thought is this: ‘I’m not as technically competent as others in my team are. My contribution isn’t as big here’. This thought is a lie. It correlates contribution with technical expertise which is inaccurate. Of course, technical expertise is incredibly important but standing alone, expertise is not the basis on which client's problems are solved. If you have yourself pegged as the less technical of your peers, this episode is an invitation to think about what your contribution in the round is, if not technical.
