Dr. John Cobb Jr. (94) presents his ideas at the October 2019 Ecological Civilization conference held in Seoul, South Korea (October 1-3, 2019) on how countries like China and Korea can transition from the current industrial civilization to a new Ecological Civilization. I also attended this important conference presenting my ideas on how Korea can adopt new measures of progress such as well-being and happiness indices and incorporate these into the City of Seoul and Korea's budgeting and governance systems.
