Today we welcome Kat Short, a writer and poet exploring the art of personal storytelling, the intricacies of womanhood, and the winding journey of grief. She started her storytelling coaching business, Tell Your Damn Story, in 2017 and has worked with hundreds of individuals and organizations to bring their unique stories to life. In 2021, Kat launched Cafe Radiance, a new project intended to serve as a digital wellness space for creativity. Olivia and Kat speak about how creativity provides an outlet of expression which in turn supports mindfulness, healing and well being.
