Sunday evening is usually chill for chefs, the restaurant is not too busy so we got time for our friends and family to shoot the breeze, chill, reflect on the week, and prepare for the time ahead. We just experienced one of the strangest weeks for Jakarta restaurants. The week started with demonstrations and riots on the streets which made a lot of restaurants suffer and ended amazing festivals all over Jakarta.  We also got the time to answer a couple of your questions regarding the restaurant business.
