In this episode, I revisit one of my favorite indie darlings, "The Place Beyond The Pines" (2012), which lead me on a journey of finding crazy connections between this movie, my favorite artist (Justin Vernon/Bon Iver) and one of my favorite beloved actors, Heath Ledger.The film directed by Derek Cianfrance, starring Ryan Gosling & Eva Mendes, came out 10 years ago this year! Since then, the lead couple became a couple in real life and had children of their own, a documentary about Heath Ledger came out ("I Am Heath Ledger" released in 2017) and Justin Vernon celebrated the 10 year anniversary of his Grammy winning album, self-titled Bon Iver.
