Billie Joe aka BJ Chambers and his brothers came up from Marianna, Arkansas and became the largest Crack Dealers indicted in the United States by 1988 making national headlines when Bill Clinton mentioned them in his Democratic National Convention Speech. After serving 27 years BJ was freed from Federal Prison, while his brother Larry is still serving life. They served, along with Nicky Barnes, as the inspiration for Nino Brown, the Cash Money Brothers, and had an apartment building that made $100,000 per day selling crack that "The Carter" in New Jack City was based on.
