This accurately describes in about sixty seconds what your company does and what you’re about. What problems do you solve? How do you solve them better than your competition? What action do you want the customer to take? #4 - The SWOT: Looking at your business’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. #5 - The Operation: You have to sell work, do work, and keep score (remember that three-legged stool?). #6 - The Process: Creating systems and processes that are necessary to build your company and run it efficiently, not just relying on one or two people, or only you! This is working ON your business, not just working IN it. #7 - The Action: What is the ONE thing that will make the most difference in your business? #8 - The View: What does it look like when you get there?
