Visit lisrunning.com for run coaching! On this episode, the boys had on special guest Trenton Sandler! Trenton is an athlete at LSU, specializing in the 1500/Mile distances. He has been documenting his collegiate journey at LSU, recently creating a series around attempting a sub-4 mile this indoor season. He has made huge progress so far, running a 4:01 mile in Boston already. Trenton is very well-versed in the topics of NIL and content creation for collegiate athletes, this was a really interesting episode for us as we learned a lot about the modern collegiate running scene. Make sure you give Trenton a follow on YT and IG below, he makes great content and is an excellent storyteller! Enjoy!
