Welcome to another episode of the Detailed Car Collection! Today we discuss vendor relationships and what role do they play in your business. I sat down with a great vendor of mine where I learned a crazy amount of information last week. But what if I just bought the cheapest product or went to amazon to get my supplies? I would have missed out on information from my vendor! But we rarely talk about how to leverage those relationships to help our business.  We also talk about being angry with our customers and where it leads us in business.
