252 - Carry Your Own Burden

For the past couple of days I've been troubled by a post that I saw on Facebook that basically said "Carry Your Own Burden". When I think about the fact that 70% of all suicides are men I think there has to be a better way than "Carry Your Own Burden" or "Pull yourself up by the bootstraps". I explore some thoughts about creating an environment were we can support and love each other through our dark moments and be there for each other. I'd love to hear your thoughts Have a blessed day!
