#252: Hughes out
from 1912 Exiles
An emergency pod of sorts, as Newport County finally part ways with manager Dave Hughes. First up, Alfie, along with friend of the pod Marc, report from the final match of the Hughes era up at Shrewsbury yesterday. That's followed by a morning-after-the-day-before reflection, with Jamie & Ian dissecting the moments throughout the season that have led to this point, where we need to head next, and analysing the current state of play for the Huw Jenkins project Do look at our ko-fi page to either buy some 1912 Exiles Bovril Spice, or to throw in a few pounds towards our #WhitmoresWarnings fund. You can also contact us via your social media platform of choice if you have anything you want to share. Thanks to Tinty & The Bucket Hats for letting us use Discoland as our theme tune, and to the Riverside Sports Bar (the home of great sport and burgers in Newport) for their support of the pod. We'll be back next weekend, but in the meantime look after yourselves and each other, and above all - as always - Keep it County!
