252: Leaders with Heart Lead by Example

Noël Taxin, MS., graduated from the University of Utah and received both BS and MS degrees. She is the Division Director for Family Health within the Department of Health and Human Services. Noël holds over thirty years of experience in infant and adolescent treatment, adults in agency, hospital, residential settings, investigations, regulation of licensed professions, and CSHCN Program expansion and services.   Noël has professional experience in program development, state and federal regulation compliance, budgetary forecasting, and investigations of licensing violations. Noël serves on many boards and values that many knowledgeable and experienced individuals come together and commit to supporting individuals with overall health, well-being, and special healthcare needs.
