It's Sunday, and that means that Rich turns his attention to things that are focused on either personal development or Spiritual… Imagine this: You're on a mountain with 8 teenage boys; you're their adult leader for a backpacking trip. The sun is hot, the mountain is steep, and the packs are heavy. Some of the boys start to dehydrate, and ultimately falter. They can't go on. What do you do?
