There is an amazing book by Jon Kabat-Zinn called "Wherever You Go, There You Are: Mindfulness Meditation In Everyday Life". If you've followed my podcast for a while, you know that I've been practicing meditation for two years and it's drastically improved my life. This book helped take my practice to another level and the "Usual Suspects" found on page 121 & 122 are the emotions that I (and many of us) have internally struggled with throughout our life.
