Conversation 255:  The Story, Journey and Passion of Stephanie Notaras, Accredited Practising Dietitian Today’s conversation is with Stephanie Notaras, an accredited practising dietitian who knew she wanted a career where she had the opportunity to help and talk with people which lead her to dietetics. During her time as a student, she kept feeling the tug to direct patient care and after asking a mentor their thoughts, they shared more about renal nutrition and she has been working in this field ever since. She has her masters in counseling,  is currently a renal dietitian, has her own business and a valuable program called Dietitian Counselling Skills Program and is fiercely combining the two areas by getting her PhD in renal nutrition and counseling.
