Setting goals, formal or otherwise, is a part of life. Eric Johnson set a goal when he was in his early 40s to win 2,020 medals before the year 2020. It would require some dedication, some sacrifice, maybe a little bit of luck, but he felt like he could do it if he stayed on target and didn’t get injured.
