Welcome to the "Ever since you" Club. If you've been in the industry for any amount of time, you've experienced this. "My rear brakes are grinding ever since you changed my windshield wipers" Sometimes the claims made by customers are really out there. I mean, the vehicle lighting randomly flashing couldn't be caused by a transmission solenoid strategy update... could it? I make a case today to never exclude the possibility that you DID cause the issue the customer is concerned about, even if it doesn't make sense up front.
