#258 - Scotty Sub-16 5K Recap, Strieg Injury Scare 3 Weeks Before McKirdy?

Scotty started the Triple Crown racing series here in Louisville, KY with a bang, running under 16 minutes for the 5k! We got the full race recap on this episode and also made some predictions on what Scotty will run in the 10k in two weeks time. There was also some interesting start line drama? Chris had a bit of an injury scare over the last week. After having a sacral stress fracture last summer, some similar glute pain appeared on the opposite side. After some PT work and the glute warming up well on runs - it appears to be nerve related in the low back! Great news considering McKirdy Marathon is in 3 weeks... YIKES!
