26.06.25 “What Barriers?” (Acts 15:22-35)

   Yesterday I left you in Jerusalem as the famous “Jerusalem Council” concluded with agreement that God’s Salvation plan, accomplished by Jesus Christ’s teachings, His atonement death and resurrection, is intended by God to be made EQUALLY available to all people of the world, Jew and Gentile, in every generation. And furthermore, as Paul later wrote, God’s Salvation of any person is ONLY and TOTALLY a work of God. “For by GRACE you are saved, through faith, and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works so that no one can boast.” (Eph. 2:8,9) (Click here to see full text, images and links)    Pastor Doug Anderson    “Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, with our eyes fixed on Jesus…” (Heb. 12:1,2)Have a comment or question about today’s chapter? I’m ready to hear from you, contact me here.
