26. Career Development Series: Defining Your Vision + Purpose

In This Episode: This is the first of six episodes where we'll talk through the Logical Level system I use to support clients with figuring out the next best step in their career. You can leverage this framework for any career decision, situation or to broadly define your career roadmap. This episode dives into how to get a bird's eye view of your career and figure out your vision and purpose. Without this, you can be super productive but relatively unfocused in where you're headed. Without a clear north star, our careers can twist and turn without giving us fulfillment and meaning. While it is possible to build a successful career without a lot of things, focus on your goal is something you can't do without. Listen to hear the key questions you need to ask yourself to get clear on where you're heading and hear some examples of other people's scenarios along the way.
