26. Economics of time

In this episode, we reflect on the relevance of adjusting to daylight savings time, the flow state, and how we spend our time wisely. By being the creatures of habit that we are, it's important to still make room for expecting things to make less and less sense. With having to navigate the times and the weather, we should be prepared to increase our mental flexibility, and willingness to adapt, as much as possible.
