26. Expectations: ft. Siena Willard

In today's episode, I'm joined by, teen creator, Siena Willard. We know that most of our generation has built unrealistic expectations for themselves and how their lives should look and it makes it difficult for them to enjoy the life they have. There are also the expectation of others that can make us feel like we aren't good enough.
