26 // Holy Week Restorative Yoga Christian Prayer Practice (30 min.)
from Firmly Planted | Restore Peace through Biblical Meditation & Yoga as a Midlife Mom · host Laurie Hugdahl - Christian Yoga Teacher, Holistic Health Coach
In this gentle restorative practice for Holy Week, we move through simple postures of prayer loosely inspired by the Last Supper and the journey toward the cross. Through quiet breathing, supported rest, and a few reflective prayer stations - including the table, the towel, and the garden - this 30-minute practice offers space to slow down and rest with Jesus during Holy Week. You’ll want a bolster or pillows, blocks or cushions, and possibly a blanket to help you feel supported. This practice could easily done in bed if desired.
