26. In With...The Joy

Jenna takes "retail therapy" to a whole new level when she bursts into tears in her favorite store. What the heck is joy and what can we do to choose it more regularly? And what happens to the people around us when we take these intentional steps? Jenna encourages us to choose compassion - not just for others, but even more importantly for ourselves.
